Brother ScanNCut is the only home and hobby cutting machine series with a built-in scanner, offering everything you need to start crafting right out of the box. Designed for hobbyists, the SDX125E cuts materials up to 3 mm thick like vinyl, felt, foam, and even leather, cleanly and precisely, thanks to Auto Blade sensor technology.
Enjoy the convenience of a 5” LCD touchscreen that makes it easy to edit and create directly on the machine. With 682 built-in designs, including 100 quilt patterns and 9 fonts, 76 SVG files, plus exclusive Flowers & Valentines, Birthday, and Greeting Cards collections via CanvasWorkspace, it offers endless creative options.
Perfect for sewing and quilting, the SDX125E makes it easy to add a seam allowance in increments of ¼” to help when assembling fabric pieces for quilts, clothing, home décor and more.
Wireless network readiness lets you access and work with Brother CanvasWorkspace over a wireless network to create virtually anywhere and anytime, even remotely with your tablet, mobile device, or PC, and wirelessly send your cut files directly to your machine.
Its roll feeder function (roll feeder sold separately) lets you cut materials up to 12 inches wide and almost 6 feet in length – great for projects like car decals and signs.

You can return any Brother machine purchased on brother.ca within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s unopened, intact and has a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.* Contact us so that we can assess the best solution for you, either by providing you with a different machine, helping with the setup or issuing an RMA. Any shipping costs are at your expense. However, if we determine that the machine is defective—or if we’re otherwise responsible—we’ll be happy to arrange a pickup at our expense. Once we’ve inspected the return, we’ll refund your credit card.
If your machine was not purchased from brother.ca, simply let us know and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
